Scanner is not Scanning!!

So I get this one a lot. As a matter a fact, it happened to me yesterday. So what is a girl to do:

PROBLEM Set something to scan and it returns a error report saying that it did not complete the scan.

• Shut the copier off and cut it back on. Usually this solves the problem
• If that doesn't work, go to the scan computer which is located on the desk next to Sara and make sure it is on and not locked. If necessary reboot this machine and make sure you login before trying to scan again. Login is admin; admin123
